African American Performing Arts Center

The mission of the African American Performing Arts Center and Exhibit Hall is to preserve, nurture, and support the intellectual and cultural history of African Americans in New Mexico and the Southwest.

Our show venue is the African American Performing Arts Center, located near the Albuquerque State Fair Grounds.

NOTE: If you go past an info booth, you’ve gone too far. It is the building directly to the left (north) of the entrance from San Pedro Dr. NE. Parking is located in the large lot, also to the left (north) of the entrance.

AAPAC Theater

The AAPAC Theater is a 300-seat gem located in the heart of Albuquerque. The theater is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, and spacious green rooms and dressing rooms to accommodate a multitude of presentations and productions.
